Your alarm signals transmit over the telephone line to the central station.  The Operators then handle the signals according to our instructions.  Burglar and fire alarm signals are dispatched through Summit County Communications Center, while low temperature (and other environmental alarms) are handled through your Property Manager. 

• All systems are set up to transmit a "communication test" every day
• False alarms can be handled by calling 1-800-777-5326 or Summit Systems, Inc. at 970-668-9492
• We follow up on every alarm to make sure that the system is operating properly and to make sure you are not having a related problem
• Some systems send us signals when "power failure" or "telephone failure" occur
