We provide house checks for some homes in Three Peaks and The Highlands Subdivisions.  When you sign up for our house checks you will receive the following: 

• Monthly reports showing times & dates for every arm & disarm event; plus, every alarm & test signal received by the central station
• 24 hour alarm response for low temperature alarms or if requested by the police or fire department
• Will respond to let in service people or guests
• Weekly Checks to:
  •     Lock Doors & windows; and check alarm status
  •     Check heat, hot water, & heat tapes
  •     Check boiler temperature, circuit box, & propane level
  •     Hot tub temperature
  •     Snow level on driveway & decks
  •     Flush toilets, run water in the sinks
  •     Make sure stove is off and freezer is on
  •     Other items upon request
